UK DELIVERIES

UK Next working day delivery: £6.70 (orders have to be placed before 10am on weekdays only)
UK First class delivery: £4.00 (takes 3-4 days from dispatch)
MYHERMES: £3.99 (takes 3-5 days from dispatch)

All shoes that are sent by Royal Mail, will require a signature on arrival and can be tracked once dispatched from us. A tracking number will be sent to you. For any items that Royal Mail fail to deliver, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges, if the 14 day return policy has elapsed by this time.

Standard delivery: £7.00 (takes 3-4 days from dispatch)

US DELIVERIES

Standard delivery: £9.96 (takes 6-9 days from dispatch)

RETURNS

Here at Ego Shoes we offer a no quibble returns policy provided the shoes are unworn and returned in all its original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds on shoes that have been worn or if they have been damaged after purchase.
